What makes OOFOS different from normal athletic shoes?

How do I find the right size for my OOFOS?
Most of our styles are available in whole sizes only. If you are a half size, we generally recommend sizing down for a snug fit in sandals and sizing up for closed-toe models.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are in like-new condition.
Can I wash my OOFOS footwear?
Yes! OOFOS are moisture and bacteria resistant. You can easily clean them by hand using mild soap or by putting them in the washing machine on a cold cycle. Always air dry them in the shade.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do OOFOS come with a warranty?
Yes, we stand by our quality. Every pair of OOFOS is covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship.
